Projects UK Ltd is owned and managed by its founder Jonathan Rackowe and includes the business division Netvue which specialises in Business IPTV systems for distribution of television channels, video, audio and digital signage over IT data networks. Jonathan has run Netvue since he started the business in 2005.

Jonathan has an MA in engineering from Cambridge University and after graduating spent 4 years at the BBC before becoming Technical Manager at a London video and print graphics company. After 3 years in the role he started his own freelance business, trading as JMR Technical Services.

In the mid 1990's Jonathan joined the fledgeling company Two Way TV and spent 2 years as Technical Operations Manager, responsible for the technical aspects of their broadcasting operation and the general technical infrastructure. During this exciting period Two Way TV launched the first UK interactive television service to be broadcast on terrestrial TV transmissions. Two Way TV went on to become Two Way Media and continues as a successful interactive programme production company.

In 2000 Jonathan co-founded Wire: Broadcast Ltd, a broadcast systems integration company providing design, installation and project services to the Broadcast Television and Media sector. The company designed and installed broadcast systems projects for BBC, MTV and most of London's top post-production companies. In 2005 Jonathan left Wire: Broadcast Ltd and set up Projects UK Ltd and Netvue.
